An ordinary member may vote by appointing the chairman of the meeting or any person (other than the chairman) as the member’s proxy. The completed proxy form must reach the Society via email at
secretariat@lisha.org.sg at least 72 hours before the meeting. In appointing a proxy, specific instructions with regards to voting or abstentions must be provided, failing which the appointment may be invalid.
