Notice is hereby given that the upcoming 8th Annual General Meeting of the members of LISHA will be held physically to transact the business outlined below.

Ordinary Business

Resolution 1
To adopt Management Committee’s Statement, Audited Financial Statements and Auditor’s Report for Financial Year ended in 2024.
Resolution 2
To elect the governing board members of LISHA under Sections 9.2, 9.3, 9.4, 9.5 and 9.6 of the society’s constitution.
Resolution 3
To appoint MGI N RAJAN Associates as Auditor.

Important Arrangements & Notes

a
Only ordinary members whose membership is still valid and invited guests are allowed to attend the AGM.
b
An ordinary member can attend the Annual General Meeting by observing and listening to the proceedings of the meeting by being physically present.
c
An ordinary member may submit questions to the society (LISHA) via email to secretariat@lisha.org.sg. The questions must reach the society at least 03 days prior to the AGM.
d
All substantial and relevant questions will be addressed by the Board and/or management prior to, or at, the AGM. Questions that concern a matter that will be put to a vote will be addressed before the closing date for the lodgement of proxy forms.
e
An ordinary member may vote by appointing the chairman of the meeting or any person (other than the chairman) as the member’s proxy. The completed proxy form must reach the Society via email at secretariat@lisha.org.sg at least 72 hours before the meeting. In appointing a proxy, specific instructions with regards to voting or abstentions must be provided, failing which the appointment may be invalid.
